Depending on the season and the current temps, we recommend the Pallet Parka be used for shipments that are 1-4 days in transit. Your products core temperature will rise as transit time lengthens. We typically see a temperature rise of 2-4 degrees per day, depending on external factors.

Pallet Parka is a passive insulation system that reduces convective and reflective heat transfer. It is designed to maintain your product’s original temperature and avoid violent temperature swings. Over the course of transit, your product's temperature will gradually change.
 If your product needs to remain at a constant temperature while in transit, we recommend reefer freight.

Pallet Parka comes in two adaptable sizes to fit different  pallet dimensions. The standard side skirt accommodates pallet heights ranging from 24 inches to 45 inches (up to 70 case of 16oz beer) and the extra large skirt works with heights ranging from 48 inches to 70 inches. XL sides are scheduled to be available in August 2021

Pallet Parka is designed to be easily folded and returned back to you in it’s reusable canvas Parka Tote. If a section of your Pallet Parka gets damaged during transit, no worries—you can order replacement parts in our online store.

Our patented design allows you to easily fold your Pallet Parka and put it in the Parka Tote. When you ship your product to its destination, tuck the Parka Tote underneath the Pallet Parka and put a return parcel shipping label in the pouch. Return shipping should be between $20-$40 USD depending on your parcel discounts.

Due to the unstable environments that the Pallet Parka travels in, we do not offer a warranty against damage or wear during transit. However, if there are manufacturing defects prior to use, we will happily replace the component in question.


Yes, we offer temperature monitoring systems, at an additional charge, that measure the ambient temperature next to your product, including one-way sensors, data loggers, and 4G cellular devices with realtime data and GPS positioning.
